Project Description:    As the Construction Manager At-Risk, Breitbach Construction Co. coordinated the renovation of the existing science building to update science casework, add windows into classrooms, replace flooring, install new ceilings, and update lighting and HVAC systems. Also, part of the project consisted of converting classroom areas into new collaborative areas and study areas within the building.  Breitbach Construction Co. self-performed selective demolition work, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry.
