Project Description:   This wood-framed structure provided twenty-eight individual suites with private bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchenettes for a Memory Care Assisted Living addition wing to the existing Assumption Community skilled nursing facility in Cold Spring, MN.  The community living areas featured open living and dining areas as well as a large kitchen for residents and their families to gather.  Access to the main entrance adjacent to the construction site needed to be maintained throughout construction.
