Project Description:

This project was new building to house Felling Trailers’ new state-of-the-art painting process line.  Inside the building there is also a 2-story build-out consisting of 4,375 sf of employee welfare space and offices.  The building was constructed from conventional structural steel with exterior walls being insulated metal panel at the areas of future building expansion, and precast on permanent walls.
