This project included an addition of a new maintenance bay, construction of an enclosed mechanical equipment penthouse, installation of a photovoltaic solar array, and an expanded armory vault. The project also included extensive exterior and infrastructure improvements such as concrete pavement and chain link fencing, along with a full EPDM roof replacement and window replacements.
Inside the facility, the team completed a full replacement of the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, bringing the building up to modern standards and improving overall performance.
