Breitbach Construction served as a General Contractor for the interior remodel of a 4,270 SF shell space withing the existing Minnesota National Bank in Sauk Centre.  This renovation transformed the space with 6 new offices, 2 lease offices, 1 zoom office, and conference room and the build out of the Business Center.  The project also included a unique exterior upgrade — we reconfigured part of the aluminum storefront to add a rooftop access door, complete with roof pavers and a new guardrail system, creating a functional and inviting roof patio.
