Project Description: Breitbach Construction Co. provided Construction Manager At-Risk services for the renovation of the dormitory and public spaces, which included new carpeting, paint and closets in the dorm rooms, new kitchenettes in each the girls and boys side, a new industrial kitchen area for the boys and girls which included a new storefront window system, a new secure entry system, a new card access system to separate the boys and girls side, and updates to the restrooms. Also included in the project were (2) 1,000 SF apartments on each the boys and girls side for staff, which were constructed out of masonry, steel, and wood. The project also included an improvement of mechanical systems.  Breitbach Construction Co. self-performed concrete, steel, and carpentry on this project.
