Breitbach Construction Co. and HMA Architects have completed several branch offices over the past 20 years for Magnifi Financial.
This project included main office renovation, new secure entrance and activities entrance, new kitchen and cafeteria, additions to the early childhood classrooms, create collaborative learning area, renovate media center, upgrades to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and technology systems throughout the building.

Breitbach Construction Co. provided Construction Manager At-Risk services for the renovation of the dormitory and public spaces, which included new carpeting, paint and closets in the dorm rooms, new kitchenettes in each the girls and boys side, a new industrial kitchen area for the boys and girls which included a new storefront window system, a new secure entry system, a new card access system to separate the boys and girls side, and updates to the restrooms.
As the Construction Manager At-Risk, Breitbach Construction Co. coordinated the renovation of the existing science building to update science casework, add windows into classrooms, replace flooring, install new ceilings, and update lighting and HVAC systems.
Breitbach Construction Co. provided Construction Manager At-Risk services for the construction of a 14,080 SF surgery center and renovation of existing campus building to construct the connection link.
Breitbach Construction Co. provided Construction Management services for the Additions and Alterations to Albany Area Schools.
This wood-framed structure provided twenty-eight individual suites with private bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchenettes for a Memory Care Assisted Living addition wing to the existing Assumption Community skilled nursing facility in Cold Spring, MN.
The project consisted of demolition and replacement of portions of the existing school including an auditorium and classroom space.
