Breitbach Construction Co. provided Construction Manager At-Risk services for the construction of a 6,720 SF clinic addition and renovation of the existing waiting area within the existing clinic.
Breitbach Construction Co. provided Construction Manager At-Risk services for the gathering space addition for the Church of Saint Joseph in St. Joseph, MN.
This project included construction of a new cafeteria/commons area, auditorium, multi-level fitness area, diving well, existing pool equipment upgrades, and main office addition.
The project consisted of 14 new classrooms, group learning areas, restrooms, and staff offices, as well as renovations of 20 existing classrooms, addition of lockers, renovation of existing restrooms, addition of secured entrances at the office, remodeling of the office, and an entire renovation of the kitchen area including new serving counters and dish washing equipment.
As the General Contractor, Breitbach Construction Co. managed the construction of a new 63,450 SF, 2-story clinic attached to the existing 2-story hospital as well as a 28,900 SF in-patient hospital addition.
Breitbach Construction Co. provided Construction Manager At-Risk services for the renovation of the Saint John’s University-Refectory Dining Renovation project.
This project consisted of an 8,700 SF addition which included a new elevator, gathering area, parish offices, and chapel as well as remodeling the inside of the existing church to include alterations in the basement, reconstruction of the reconciliation area, new entrances being cut in to the walls from the new building, and the installation of a new fire suppression system.
